- Call us at the numbers above to apply by phone. Enrollment specialists are available Monday-Friday, except holidays, from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm to take your application.
- Apply online with COMPASS, Pennsylvania's online application system.
Only one application needs to be completed for all children in your household. To avoid delays, be sure to answer all questions, and include required current proof of income. Proof of income can be faxed to 215-967-9281 or mailed to:
